Use the collection schedule for the exact address
The City provides an address lookup for garbage, recycling and bulky-trash schedules. Check the bulky route and accepted items before moving furniture outside; use the building manager's instructions where a property has its own collection arrangement.
For a condo clearance, establish whether a service elevator or loading bay must be reserved. Include the permitted hours and carrying distance in an enquiry so the removal can be planned around the building.
Check the Mini Dump before loading a vehicle
The City Mini Dump accepts eligible resident bulky items and yard trash with proof of City residency. Its published allowance is one trip per day, no larger than a pickup-truck load; commercial vehicles and contractor material are outside the resident route.
Construction and demolition debris, including drywall, tiles, cabinets and bathroom fixtures, is excluded. Photograph the load and check any doubtful items before travelling, particularly when household contents and renovation waste are stored together.
Send household chemicals through the county route
Miami-Dade's Home Chemical Collection Centers provide a separate outlet for accepted household products. Check the current residency, material and transport instructions for paints, pool chemicals and similar products.
The centers do not accept business-generated waste. Keep containers identifiable and separate from furniture or rubble while arranging the appropriate handling; do not assume a household facility can take a commercial load.
Describe the project and available loading space
For staged renovation, separate heavy tile, masonry and soil from light mixed debris in the material list. Show the full truck approach, overhead clearance and proposed container position, and confirm any property or public-space approvals before delivery.
If no Wasteonix price appears, submit the job address, photographs, loading restrictions and deadline for manual assessment. Agree the materials, carrying work and collection date before treating the enquiry as an arranged service.
