Fort Worth provides monthly residential bulk collection. Eligible households can set out one pile of up to ten cubic yards without an additional bulk charge; larger piles incur an extra charge.
Check the address schedule before starting a clearance. The City asks for piles by 7 a.m. on the Monday of the assigned week. If your moving date falls earlier, identify another route while the items are still inside.
Fort Worth's resident drop-off stations have their own eligibility and material rules. The published home repair and remodeling allowance is up to five cubic yards on one visit per month; it is not a general commercial disposal allowance.
Confirm the required residency documents, vehicle restrictions and acceptance of your exact materials directly with the station. A trailer already packed with mixed debris is difficult to sort if part of the load is refused.
List furniture and boxed belongings separately from work done by a builder, roofer or landscaper. Ask the contractor who is responsible for taking away their debris and include that answer in the scope of work.
For a dumpster request, describe dense material independently of bulky items. For a crew request, identify what remains upstairs or needs dismantling. These details help avoid a quote based only on the visible curbside pile.
Check whether a truck can reach the loading area without blocking a shared drive or business entrance. Give any access hours, gate instructions and move-out deadline when requesting private collection.
Keep household chemicals out of the ordinary cleanout load and check the Environmental Collection Center's current instructions. If Wasteonix has no listed price for the job, submit an enquiry for manual assessment; a collection date must be confirmed separately.

Check the material list and the home repair allowance first. Confirm eligibility with the station rather than treating resident access as unrestricted disposal.

Include the floor, stair access and item dimensions in a junk-removal enquiry. A curbside-only estimate may not include that work.
