Request a service for cardboard, wrapping and everyday shop waste, or a separate quote for a stockroom clearance. Explain whether the landlord already controls the collection arrangement.
Choose the commercial setup that best matches the way the work runs in Tauranga.
Use the volume of packaging after deliveries to describe demand, not only the contents of customer-facing bins. Explain where flattened cardboard can stay dry and where separate containers could be stored.
List damaged or obsolete stock by material. Electrical goods, batteries, liquids, chemicals and food products must not be treated as ordinary packaging without confirmed acceptance. For a refit, separate the one-off clearance from ongoing trading waste.
Include the full collection address, container numbers or estimated quantities, and a suitable access window. Photos of the waste and storage area can help explain the job without guessing a container size.
For an existing service, compare the same collection frequency and waste streams, with GST, extra-lift charges and any contract or notice terms made clear. Pricing and availability remain subject to the supplier assessing the premises.

These are the practical questions businesses usually want to settle before arranging commercial waste support in Tauranga.
Ask for it to be quoted separately with the item types, quantities and removal date. A regular bin agreement may not include a large clearance or restricted stock, even if the same provider can assess both.
Describe it as a one-off job, with an item or material list, quantities, access and preferred date. A recurring bin service does not automatically include a clearance; the supplier must confirm the scope, acceptance and availability.
