A garden cleanup enquiry should explain both the waste and the work needed to get it to the vehicle. State whether material is already gathered or whether carrying and gathering are required.
For a Gore garden load, separate vegetation from soil, fencing and shed contents, and describe how loose material is gathered before collection.
Photograph the area and list loose vegetation, bags and outdoor items separately. Show side gates, steps and the distance from the material to a usable loading point.
This is not a promise of gardening or landscaping. Mowing, pruning, digging, dismantling and other site work must be requested and agreed separately; a waste collection quote may cover removal only.
Give the full collection address, the material or item list, approximate quantity and preferred date. State what needs carrying and any tasks beyond straightforward loading.
Check the included labour, weight or volume allowance, GST and any extra item charges. The provider must confirm the material, scope and availability before the collection is agreed.

These are the practical questions people usually want to settle before arranging garden cleanup in Gore.
Not automatically. Specify any gardening, gathering or dismantling needed and ask the provider to confirm the scope. A rubbish collection does not by itself include landscaping or ongoing garden maintenance.
Include the floor, stairs or lift, gates, loading position and carrying distance. Describe unusually heavy items and any agreed property access times so the provider can assess labour and vehicle access.
