Wichita publishes a list of permitted residential and commercial waste haulers. Ask the provider serving the address whether it can collect the actual items, how they must be prepared and what the extra charge includes.
If the load is spread through a house or detached garage, identify the carrying work separately. A price for a prepared curbside item may not cover stairs, dismantling or a long walk to the truck.
