Check the assigned date and included quantity
Find your bulky date through MyTrashDay, the utility account or the water bill. The City uses collection windows, so the assigned date is not a promise of a particular truck arrival time.
The first 4 cubic yards are included in the monthly service. Larger piles incur excess charges; piles over 10 cubic yards require customer approval of those charges. Check the current fee schedule before putting out an oversized load.

Keep contractor and dense DIY debris separate
The bulky program excludes contractor waste and DIY bricks, concrete and rocks. Ask a contractor to identify the disposal arrangement in the project scope rather than leaving those materials beside household items.
For private removal, list heavy material separately and provide photos. A container quote should state accepted contents and loading limits; the available volume is not a substitute for an approved weight limit.
Check hazardous-waste and landfill routes independently
The City's Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center accepts specified household products and asks Oklahoma City residents to bring a City water bill. Check its item list: commercial hazardous waste, tires and computer equipment are among its exclusions.
Free Landfill Days are separate events for qualifying residential trash customers. Check the next published event, participating facility and restrictions before traveling; this is not an everyday free-disposal entitlement.

Request the work that the public route does not cover
If the cleanout needs carrying from inside or must fit a fixed handover deadline, describe those requirements in a private quote request. Include the rooms, stairs, large items and vehicle position.
