Operation Clean Up is annual for eligible City solid-waste customers, with a 10-cubic-yard limit. Buildings with four or more units are excluded; gated communities need management to request participation.
Use the address lookup and recheck near collection. Put material out no more than seven days early and by 6 a.m. on the scheduled day.
Keep the yard pile separate from other junk. Collection uses the front street, even for homes with alley service; ask the City about unusual curb or bike-lane conditions.
Fresno allows a combined two wheelbarrow loads of concrete, rock, brick or dirt. That exception does not cover major remodeling, roofing or contractor waste. Check the exact load before set-out.
Fresno's published waste-management form requires approval before permit issuance for covered projects. It sets a 65% recycling or salvage requirement for nonhazardous construction debris and identifies approved franchise haulers for hired collection.
Agree who will retain weight tickets and complete the diversion log. If several trades share a container, explain the separation plan before the first load arrives so receipts can be matched to the project.
Photograph the driveway, gate and truck approach, and identify anything needing indoor carrying. For public-space placement, ask Fresno Public Works which approval applies to the proposed use; its street-work guidance concerns construction in the right-of-way.
Keep paint, batteries and chemicals out of a mixed load for separate acceptance checks. If no Wasteonix price appears, send the address, material list and deadline for manual assessment; the collection arrangement still needs confirmation.
