El Paso's Citizen Collection Stations require residents to request a pass and present a current water bill with ID showing a matching address. The stations are not for businesses or contractors.
The City limits residents to four visits a month and allows only single-axle trailers no longer than eight feet. Check the current conditions before hiring transport; construction and demolition material is excluded even when generated at home.
El Paso offers a fee-based special pickup for accepted bulky items. Arrange it before setting out the load and confirm the item list, including any preparation for appliances or garden equipment.
Special pickup excludes used electronics, tires, hazardous material and dirt, rocks or concrete. The City's community-services guidance identifies resident electronics drop-off options separately, so one curbside pile may not solve the entire clearance.
Keep broken masonry, roofing and drywall apart from household belongings when estimating the job. Ask the contractor what removal their work includes before requesting an additional container.
For a roll-off enquiry, show the driveway and full truck approach. Identify gates, overhead obstacles and vehicles that must remain accessible while the container is on site.
If the load remains inside, photograph the items and their route to the truck. Say whether you need lifting, dismantling or collection from several rooms rather than pickup of an already staged pile.
