Dallas residential customers receive monthly brush and bulky collection of up to ten cubic yards. Once per calendar year, customers can request an oversize collection of up to twenty cubic yards.
The oversize request must be made in the week before collection, by the published Sunday deadline, and cannot be cancelled once submitted. Check the address calendar before using that annual option.
Dallas asks for set-out between Thursday and Sunday before the collection week, just behind the front curb. A pile in an alley or beneath an obstruction is not an equivalent collection point.
Building debris, roofing, soil and business waste are excluded from the regular service. Do not use the extra volume allowance as a reason to include restricted material.
Dallas lists McCommas Bluff Landfill and several transfer stations, with different accepted materials. Check the chosen facility's current vehicle, residency and fee requirements before hiring a trailer or filling a pickup.
Household chemicals have a separate Dallas County collection program. Use the County's current guidance for eligibility and accepted products; do not add garage liquids or paint to a general disposal trip without checking.
Inventory old furnishings before demolition starts. Ask the contractor what debris removal their price includes, then request a separate quote only for the work you still need.
For a dumpster, describe heavy materials and the proposed driveway position. For a removal crew, explain where the items are and who will load them. Where Wasteonix shows no price, an enquiry can be assessed manually; the final scope and date still require agreement.
